The adventure starts again !
Hi,

The adventure is going to start with Jean-Christophe Lafaille who will fly away for Nepal this Wednesday December 7. The departure was shifted of a few days in order to adjust last minute details which, as always, take such a time...

The voyage will start from Geneva with the company Austrian Airlines that Jean-Christophe likes particularly thanks to its direct flights Vienna - Kathmandu. As per the tiredness, this is really important, everything is important with this project which started several months ago (see article published in the Echos last 18.11.05.)

On December 11th Jean-Christophe should fly away to the base camp of Makalu by Helicopter. He will then need three days of outward journeys and returns to transport the material between the deposit of the helicopter and the place where the base camp will be installed at 5000m.

As of December 13th, if the conditions allow it, Jean-Christophe will begin his acclimatization on the Makalu
